Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, resolving issues and problems as the first line of Support, troubleshooting or escalating issues as appropriate, in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service in a collaborative environment with a keen focus on helping people resolve issues and problems as the first point of contact at the Help Desk.
  • Troubleshoot or escalate issues as appropriate, in a timely manner while communicating clearly and proactively throughout the customers experience until resolved.
  • Maintain IT inventory list and user access list.

Requirements

  • IT background
  • Responsible to the tasks given
  • Goal oriented and very accurate personality
  • Good communication skills and knowledge of Latvian, English and
    Russian
