Summary

Customer Experience Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop new engagement, loyalty and retention programs for our customers;
  • Generate new and improve the existing marketing campaigns that increase our upsales and cross-sales results;
  • Mine data and analytics at the customer level to gain a better understanding of their funnel and engagement behaviors, including impacts of current marketing strategies;
  • Create, optimize, and evolve retention strategies to retain, grow and strengthen our customer base;
  • Analyze retention activities' KPI and performance in order to shape future strategies;
  • Research and present innovative opportunities, trends and best practices for the retention programs.
  • Effectively share insights and analyses to stakeholders to drive business decisions.

Our requirements:

  • Experience in developing and implementing retention and loyalty programs for customers;
  • Experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research;
  • Strong project management skills, experience in leading multi-channel projects in the B2C sector;
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to translate complex analytic data and business challenges into simple marketing activities;
  • Experience with email marketing;
  • Good Russian and English skills;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to achieve the best business results.

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use individual approach with every Candidate we meet. While getting familiar during our interview, we try to understand where your working experience, professional skills and future contribution to the company can be applied within our multiple business projects.

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then starting point for this position is not less than 3500 EUR gross per month.
