Position summary:

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will join a team of developers working on multiple large fintech projects and services. 

In this position, you will have an actual decision autonomy: you will be responsible for planning your work and will choose the best tools for the job.

Your task will be performing code reviews and writing well-designed, high-quality scalable code for services that will be automatically tested and shipped to production servers using the best modern practices of CI/CD. 

Working in a rapidly growing environment, you will learn, develop and evolve your skills by communicating with your colleagues and visiting learning sessions and workshops. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with PHP 
• Good grasp of OOP and it’s concepts
• Extensive experience with SQL
• Knowledge of design patterns and development principles
• Knowledge of leading PHP frameworks
• Being ready to face different challenges

Nice to have:

• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Automated testing principles
• Hands-on experience in developing high performance and scalable systems
• Experience building projects from idea to production
• Mentoring or team leading skills

Compensation for this position starts with at least 3500 gross per month, but we don’t set any limits.
