SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER

Position summary:

• In this position, you will have an actual decision autonomy: you will be responsible for planning your work and will choose the best tools for the job.
• Your task will be performing code reviews and writing well-designed, high-quality scalable code for services that will be automatically tested and shipped to production servers using the best modern practices of CI/CD. 
• Working in a rapidly growing environment, you will learn, develop and evolve your skills by communicating with your colleagues and visiting learning sessions and workshops. 

Responsibilities:

• JAVA based systems and services development and support;
• Systems landscape architectural design and continuous enhancement in terms of new products introduction and stability, contribution in systems growth roadmap;
• Development and improvement of encryption/decryption services, organizing data storage and data processing;
• Business data analysis, verification and related system processes control.

Skills:

• JAVA/JMS/Spring/SOAP Web Services 
• Good knowledge of SQL (experience with PostgreSQL is a bonus)
• Experience with GIT system, knowledge of Docker containers, experience with CI/CD systems
• XML, JSON, RPC
• Knowledge in Unix/Linux, computer operating systems
• Understanding of data encryption 
• Knowledge of AWS (S3, SQS, Lambda)

As an additional:

• Experience in the Financial sector, understanding of financial products 
• Analytical/problem solving skills 
• Strong communication and documentation skills 
• Self-reliant and responsible way of working

Compensation for this position starts with at least 3500 gross per month, but we don’t set any limits.
