TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level support and assistance to all Company's employees, make sure that IT application problems are resolved in a timely manner;
  • Analyze and verify issues reported by customers, and escalate to internal teams as necessary;
  • Responsible for the setup and configuration of needed applications;
  • Ensure all emergency items are resolved in cooperation with developers and QA team;
  • Provide follow-up on the incoming tickets (mostly using email via ticket system);
  • Control the execution of requests, provide regular updates and ensure timely resolution;
  • Perform and maintain the inventory of technical resources (hardware, software licenses, IT user data and access rights).

Requirements:

  • IT background or relevant education;
  • Experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support or equivalent experience is an advantage;
  • Technical aptitude: you demonstrate a keen knowledge and passion for customer service and IT technologies;
  • Good communication skills, ability to work in the team;
  • Customer focus in every interaction: active listening and leaving our customers feeling supported and understood;
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong root cause analysis skills.

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use individual approach with every Candidate we meet. While getting familiar during our interview, we try to understand where your working experience, professionals skills and future contribution to the company can be applied within our multiple business projects.
We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then starting point for this position is not less than 850 gross per month.
