JTech is looking for an IT Project coordinator to lead all of the projects on the roadmap and ensure they are being managed with industry best practices in a timely manner and with the highest quality.

Requirements:

• Practical experience leading different business projects, IT projects is an advantage;
• Solid experience working with key customers, consulting and providing best solutions;
• Communication and presentation skills, strong customer orientation;
• Proactivity and excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Actively communicate with client’s representatives;
• Review and analyse business requirements;
• Overview work during implementation;
• Implement requirement estimation, handle scope, and manage changes;
• Introduce and regularly provide reporting;
• Improve existing workflow processes, introduce necessary practices and documentation;
• Analyse problems, find their causes and correct them;
• Coordinate communication and information exchange with other teams;
• Participation in long-term planning and product road-map development.
