We are looking for a results-oriented and motivated e-mail marketer with a passion for digital marketing and continuous improvement. Candidates with or without prior email marketing experience are welcome to apply as full training will be provided, yet prior experience will be considered as an advantage.

We will introduce you to HTML coding, analytics and everything else you might need to successfully perform your duties and develop professionally.  We are mainly looking for a person who is eager to learn new things, express own ideas, experiment with new technologies and innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns;
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling;
• Ensure mobile-friendly email templates;
• Analyze campaign performance (via Google Analytics, Back Office) and suggest improvements;
• Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts;
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices;
• Propose and execute email A/B tests to improve email performance. Test layout, segmentation, personalization, sending time, etc.;
• Work with different type of people, seek individual approach to various customer bases in order to drive sales and generate revenue for the business;
• Collaborate with creative and product teams on design, copy and email messaging to support cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education or prior experience in communications, marketing, PR or advertising;
• Creativity, “outside of the box” thinking;
• Interest towards digital marketing and its initiatives;
• Desire to work and learn new skills;
• Ability to work independently and according to deadlines;
• English Language knowledge;
• Good time management skills: planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations;
• Ability to use data to optimize and deliver on overall company goals and metrics;
• Good writing skills, strategic thinker, creative eye and exceptional attention to detail.
