Dynatech is looking to an seasoned Project Manager to join our development team to ensure all projects on the roadmap are being managed with industry best practices in a timely manner and with the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse business requirements;
• Overview work during implementation;
• Actively communicate with client’s representatives;
• Implement requirement estimation, handle scope, and manage changes;
• Introduce and regularly provide reporting;
• Improve existing workflow processes, introduce necessary practices and documentation;
• Analyse problems, find their causes and correct them;
• Coordinate communication and information exchange with other teams;
• Participation in long-term planning and product road-map development;
• Participate in employee education.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of practical experience leading software development projects;
• Knowledge of project management best practices and Agile software development methodologies and ability to implement it where it is needed;
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Developer's background is considered to be an advantage.
