Summary
Responsibilities
- Speak on daily basis with customers via email and chat;
- Maintain relationships with Top Game providers in order to be informed about upcoming promotions
- Actively advertise activities organized by game providers and company partners
- Develop, implement and evaluate customer promotion programs
- Plan and organize new promotions in advance
- Adjust to customer needs and consistently demonstrates customer service skills
- Build and maintain portfolio of clients
- Coordinates with the IT and relevant department for accuracy of all system set-up for promotions and events
Requirements
- Customer focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective prioritization and time management skills
- Result-driven, well structured, detail oriented, and good problem-solving skills
- Computer literate, good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
- Excellent command of theEnglish and Russian language, both spoken and written
- Work experience in gambling or related position will be considered as an advantage
