Summary

Responsibilities

  • Speak on daily basis with customers via email and chat;
  • Maintain relationships with Top Game providers in order to be informed about upcoming promotions
  • Actively advertise activities organized by game providers and company partners
  • Develop, implement and evaluate customer promotion programs 
  • Plan and organize new promotions in advance
  • Adjust to customer needs and consistently demonstrates customer service skills  
  • Build and maintain portfolio of clients
  • Coordinates with the IT and relevant department for accuracy of all system set-up for promotions and events

Requirements

  • Customer focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills
  • Result-driven, well structured, detail oriented, and good problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate, good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Excellent command of theEnglish and Russian language, both spoken and written
  • Work experience in gambling or related position will be considered as an advantage
