YOU WILL

• Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, user experience and globally distributed teams to understand requirements and develop application in compliance to client needs
• Analyze project or requirement documents to identify test requirements and write Test Plans
• Actively participate in all aspects of system testing (black and grey box, manual and automated testing) across multiple platforms and devices
• Join the globally distributed development team (following Agile and Scrum best practices)
• Have a challenging job within the international company working with the top of the edge technologies

Your responsibilities: 

• Preparation of testing strategies, testing plans and reports
• Management of testing team
• Communication with teams, clients

WE EXPECT

• You have at least 2 year experience in organization of testing process (manual testing, automation testing, Unit and Integration testing)
• You have ISTQB Foundation Level certificate and/or ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certificate
• You have experience with Agile/Scrum teams
• You have experience with testing documentation (writing test plans, reports)
  Strong English knowledge as well as Latvian language skills
