User Support Specialist/Help Desk Technician
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Latvian and English
- Customer oriented
- Professional education in IT field (might be student)
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
- IT support desk experience.
Duties in the position
- Provide first level support and assistance to all Company's employees, make sure that problems are resolved in a timely manner;
- Provide on-site and remote support for computer equipment (laptops, desktops, LAN, phones, printers etc);
- Escalate tickets to external help desk where appropriate;
- Set up facilities as needed (prepare new workplaces, rearrange conference rooms, set up video-teleconfernce equipment).
- Account hardware and software and perform regular invetntory and prepare reports.
- Use configuration management and ticket processes to document support actions taken.
