Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Latvian and English 
  • Customer oriented
  • Professional education in IT field (might be student) 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365. 
  • IT support desk experience.

Duties in the position

  • Provide first level support and assistance to all Company's employees, make sure that problems are resolved in a timely manner; 
  • Provide on-site and remote support for computer equipment (laptops, desktops, LAN, phones, printers etc); 
  • Escalate tickets to external help desk where appropriate; 
  • Set up facilities as needed (prepare new workplaces, rearrange conference rooms, set up video-teleconfernce equipment). 
  • Account hardware and software and perform regular invetntory and prepare reports. 
  • Use configuration management and ticket processes to document support actions taken.
