Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis;
• Manage assigned projects (business case, risk analysis, project proposals, getting relevant approvals etc);
• Cooperate with developers to ensure specific technical insight for the business;
  Organize approval tests and full responsibility for the quality of delivery in assigned projects;
• Propose models, techniques and tools to optimize the software development process;
• Prepare or modify documentation for the process (process map, operations manual, forms for operational support, product card, etc.).

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business analyst or project manager position;
• Project Management training gives an advantage;
• Work experience in finance industry gives an advantage;
• Preferably completed higher education in Information Technologies;
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills;
• Fluent English.
