Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

• Analysing and specifying product requirements
• Actively participating in Agile development team meetings
• Defining project goals and scope in conjunction with product owners
• Eliciting stakeholders' requests
• Defining business criteria for user stories
• Assisting Product Owner’s teams with analysis and prioritisation
• Preparing information and presentations for stakeholders and team members to address questions regarding proposed product decisions
• Assisting project teams in defining product properties such as layout, features and performance
• Assisting Evolution Gaming's clients in strategic business planning and defining new projects
• Proficiency in eliciting, analysing and documenting requirements
• Ability to plan and execute requirement analysis in a logical, structured, systematic manner
• Knowledge and experience in various requirement documentation techniques
• Good leadership and social skills to mediate and cooperate well with other Evolution team members

Process Management:

• Assisting Chief Product Owner in arranging Agile practices for Product Management team
• Assisting Chief Product Owner in monitoring and improving product development process efficiency
• Assisting with communication inside Product Management team and with other teams and departments, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Ensuring a good relationship between Product Management team members.
• Removing the impediments for the Product Management team
• Monitoring and ensuring consistency across products
• Advising and integrating business analysis techniques standards
• Mentoring Business Analysts with less professional or domain experience through informal channels

Requirements

•  At least 5 years' experience as an IT Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
• SCRUM, Kanban, Agile, JIRA, Wiki, Live games
• Degree/Higher education in and IT related field
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English language communication skills
• Able to work in a fast moving, high pressure environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to operate independently, and as part of a team
