Summary
Role responsibilities
- Provide 2nd level IT technical remote support for customer facing support on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, applications, printers, networking, remote access, Email and telephony
- Support servers, including configuration and daily maintenance
- Handle all types of priority tickets & incidents and resolve within the SLAs & process compliance
- To share the knowledge with the 1st line
- Recover and restore deleted files & folders
- Detect, investigate and respond to advanced threats on networks
- Reset Windows
Role requirements
- Good English
- Respective experience and/ or education
- Good problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Effective prioritization and time management skills
- Customer service, quality and process compliance focus
- Technical knowledge
- Desktop support
- MS Office suite
- Email client (Outlook 2010/2013, Skype for Business)
- MS Windows (7, 8,10, PowerShell)
- Server operating system (2008/2012, file server, AD, SCCM and GPO)
- Networking (VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Routing and remote access services
- Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection
- Citrix
