Summary

Role responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd level IT technical remote support for customer facing support on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, applications, printers, networking, remote access, Email and telephony
  • Support servers, including configuration and daily maintenance
  • Handle all types of priority tickets & incidents and resolve within the SLAs & process compliance
  • To share the knowledge with the 1st line
  • Recover and restore deleted files & folders
  • Detect, investigate and respond to advanced threats on networks
  • Reset Windows

Role requirements

  • Good English
  • Respective experience and/ or education
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills
  • Customer service, quality and process compliance focus
  • Technical knowledge
    • Desktop support
    • MS Office suite
    • Email client (Outlook 2010/2013, Skype for Business)
    • MS Windows (7, 8,10, PowerShell)
    • Server operating system (2008/2012, file server, AD, SCCM and GPO)
    • Networking (VPN, DNS, DHCP)
    • Routing and remote access services
    • Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection
    • Citrix
