Responsibilities

• Work with IT team to learn all the ins and outs of the company’s IT systems functionality as well as business and technical specifics;
• Plan, manage and execute the assessment of existing functionalities for usability and reliability;
• Learn and follow the existing QA processes in the company. Generate ideas and suggestions for further improvement of manual testing processes;
• Plan and execute work related to complex interdependent functionalities QA – such as preparing test cases and writing user scenarios;
• Actively participate in planning the introduction of test automation processes within the company.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of successful experience in software testing and/or Quality Assurance;
• Degree in Information Technology or related field would be considered as an advantage;
• Proactive, accurate and detail oriented with high sense of responsibility;
• Ambitious, energetic personality who is eager to actively contribute to company’s development;
• Proven ability to establish a plan, set goals, develop and execute roadmap;
• Fluency in English.
