Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives of building integrations on top of our existing CRM
• Gather business needs, design solutions and work with dev teams to deliver these solutions to solve business problems
• Work on creating methods that will help automatically maintain our CRM database
• Create methods that will help FP to re-engage older contacts and understand takeaways from our historical data
• Select and engage external developer teams on a project basis
• Be responsible for general maintenance of data and usage of data to find potential new investments and work better with portfolio companies

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, especially working in IT consultancy or IT development firms.
• Proven track record of being able to lead IT development projects and initiatives. 
• Experience of working with relational databases (MySQL or the like), RESTful APIs, and command of Javascript and Google Apps Script will be considered as a strong advantage.
• Command of Python, Node.js or any other server-side language experience is a plus
• Excellent communications skills in English language
• Excellent analytical skills
