We are looking for a new colleague to join IT support team!

IT support team - the team of professionals, who can easily solve Client’s problems regarding implemented systems and hardware. As well as deliver and set up all IBSC products on site (retail shops across Europe).

If you are a sociable person, your talent is client’s consulting and solving of the problems in a professional and pleasant manner, furthermore, you are comfortable to do it in English, this position could be interesting for you! 

At your typical workday:

Riga office - together with the team you will work with incident tracking system solving users reported issues in the most appropriate and effective manner. You should not hesitate to give a ring to the problem reporter if the situation requires, to ensure the best service to IBSC clients. 

The team has also on-call schedule – during the week you will have 1-2 on-call shifts when you must be available for the customers' calls and support respectively out of standard business hours.

Traveling - sometimes IBSC needs to renew the equipment and perform system updates on site. Your responsibility would be to travel to client offices (mostly retail shops), install needed hardware and software, test the functionality and answer employees' questions. You are free to plan your spare time during traveling as you wish but be ready for quite an active work schedule. 

To succeed you will need: 

• fluent English and Latvian
• driver’s license in category B
• knowledge of Windows operating systems (as more you know as better and easier for you to help customers), computer network and networking devices
• other skills we will teach you!
