Job Purpose

The System Support Engineer will be working for an Identity Management system used for If internal and external system authentication. You will be responsible for performing technical support, debugging client issues, developing code examples to partners, improving API documentation, performing routine health and security checks for partner implementations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for all incoming issues and requests.
• Debug partner problems and investigate logs for potential issues.
• Conduct periodic health checks and security audits.
•  Improve developer documentation, build code examples and demo apps.
• Build and improve monitoring and altering process.
• Participate in team QA process.
• Gain a good understanding of authentication protocols OpenId Connect/Oauth 2.0

• Gain a deep understanding of existing solution built on ADFS, Identity Server and external identity providers.

Required

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, including issue
  tracking and documentation.
• Good programming skills with c# and HTML/CSS.
• Some experience with asp.net application securing and user authentication.
• Motivation to learn all technical aspects of secure authentication.
• Available to travel up to 30% of the time to Nordic and Baltic countries to deliver
  on-site training.
