Responsibilities

• Take part in development of our digital product’s customer experience in Baltic and Nordic countries;
• Build innovative solutions that will be used by thousands of customers in Baltic countries and Sweden;
• Improve our digital products in light of service design;
• Analyze our digital services, understand users’ behavior and needs, update screen flows and layout structure to reduce users’ inconvenience from mobile first perspective; 
• Manage the UI design updates.

Requirements

• Decent UX & prototyping skills and have analytics and UX research methodology knowledge;
• Experience in digital product design - working with web, ecommerce applications as well as some more advanced systems;
• Team player with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to prioritize various tasks in a fast-moving organization;
• Excellent communicator (in English as well), supportive person, passionate in helping other people succeeding in their daily work with initiative.
