Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop technical documentation for internal needs
• Describe and documents technical processes and systems
• Create graphics and diagrams representing system design
• Work with software engineers and architects on improving documentation
• Organize and maintain internal knowledge base
• Keep notes and meeting minutes of technical discussions
• Prepare presentations and demos

Skills & Requirements:

• General knowledge of IT Industry and Software Development
• Excellent written English
• Ability to explain concepts clearly
• Basic graphic and diagram design skills
• Attention to details
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a results-oriented environment, independently and with a team.
• Passion for self-improvement and continual learning.
• A degree (including unfinished) in Computer Science, IT or related field is considered a plus
