Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage multiple projects across multiple placements
•    Understand the need for Business Case/ROI and ensures its completion
•    Communicate project status to project team, stakeholders’ leadership and other PMs associated with projects
•    Advise leadership, clients, and staff on strategic solutions to dealing with barriers within a project
•    Lead the team’s efforts in continuous improvement: help the team remain creative and productive while ensuring its successes are visible to the product owner
•    Engage in prioritization with the product owner and program management
•    Improve the productivity of the development team in any way possible
•    Provide all necessary communications and status information to leadership

We are looking for competencies:
•    5 + years of experience in IT project management 
•    Effective project management skills (especially planning and directing work efforts, and motivating teammates)
•    Experience in managing project financials
•    Ability to effectively apply established project standards and change management processes
•    Great communication and organizational skills (soft skills are very important in this role)
•    Knowledge of development cycle for ERP internal systems and mobile/web applications 
•    Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
•    Experience using JIRA or similar project management tools
