Main tasks

• Recruitment of IT specialists (mostly for Latvian market)
• The full-cycle of candidate’s introducing (from sourcing to presenting to a customer)
• Administrative tasks (database management, job ads posting, processing of internal documents, preparation of reports)
• Leading the team

We are looking for:

• A specialist with experience in recruitment for more than 3 years, preferably in IT
• Familiar with Boolean search and other recruitment methods
• Time-planning skills/result oriented
• Ability to organize your work and to work independently
• With Latvian/Russian/English knowledge (written and spoken)
• Experience in leading the team is a plus
