Responsibilities
- Application deployments and configuration changes to support new releases;
- Incident and Change management;
- Escalation of issues to the appropriate technology teams and senior management where necessary;
- Working pro-actively to catch incidents before they happen;
- Continuous service improvement;
- Knowledge base maintenance.
Requirements
- At least 2-year experience in IT operations or another related area;
- Ability to organize and fulfil tasks within given timelines;
- Scripting/programming skills is an advantage;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong communicative ability in English, both verbally and in writing.
