Responsibilities

  • Application deployments and configuration changes to support new releases;
  • Incident and Change management;
  • Escalation of issues to the appropriate technology teams and senior management where necessary;
  • Working pro-actively to catch incidents before they happen;
  • Continuous service improvement;
  • Knowledge base maintenance.

Requirements

  • At least 2-year experience in IT operations or another related area;
  • Ability to organize and fulfil tasks within given timelines;
  • Scripting/programming skills is an advantage;
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong communicative ability in English, both verbally and in writing.
