Summary

Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for English and German-speaking customers who request technical support for our products via  our ticket system, phone or e-mail.
  • You coordinate support requests, provide basic support (German & English) and forward support tickets to 2nd level and 3rd level support if required.
  • You collect and analyse information about the support tickets
  •  You forward feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal team

Requirements

  • Strong technical affinity
  • Good knowledge of Windows (Excel, Outlook...)
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Logical and analytical problem-solving skills, flexibility and customer orientation
  • Team-oriented work and team spirit are important to us!
  • Ideally, you also bring along:
  • Confident handling of Excel, databases and web technologies
