Summary
Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for English and German-speaking customers who request technical support for our products via our ticket system, phone or e-mail.
- You coordinate support requests, provide basic support (German & English) and forward support tickets to 2nd level and 3rd level support if required.
- You collect and analyse information about the support tickets
- You forward feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal team
Requirements
- Strong technical affinity
- Good knowledge of Windows (Excel, Outlook...)
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Logical and analytical problem-solving skills, flexibility and customer orientation
- Team-oriented work and team spirit are important to us!
- Ideally, you also bring along:
- Confident handling of Excel, databases and web technologies
