Responsibilities

• Work closely with CEO, VP Engineering and VP Global Sales to establish product vision and related processes.
• Ensure all product decisions are driven by customer insights and data.
• Lead the end to end development of the product and services from R&D to testing, building and launching.
• Track product performance from launch and throughout the lifecycle assessing financial metrics, KPI's and market feedback.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a Product Management team.

Requirements

• Experience of building B2B SaaS products end to end, driving positive commercial results.
• Working knowledge of what best practice Product Management looks like.
• Experience in driving a high-performance product management team.
• Knowledge of how to create a product vision and communicate across stakeholder groups to inspire and set clear goals.
• Analytical thinking
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Any knowledge in modern programming languages and data-modeling tools
