Summary

In a digital transformation at Luminor bank our team is focusing on new IT developments and support in Digital Channels and Integration areas. We run a diverse set of IT solutions in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, with new digital channels and integration platforms on the way. We are doing a lot of development ourselves, while also being highly involved in various cooperations with vendors.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Lead for Solution support will be a member of Channels and Integrations team in IT Design and Development department. Your role in the team will be coordinating IT Solution support forDigitalChannels and Integration areas, including:

  • internet and mobile banks,
  • corporate digital channels,
  • websites,
  • contact centre solutions,
  • integration platforms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating 3rd level IT solution support for Channels and Integration areas: 1) facilitate an effective support process, involving internal resources as well as cooperating with our vendors; 2) take care of timely incident and problem resolution, ensuring a proper follow-up

  • Take care of IT solution supportability and provide inputs for improvements in the area;

  • Take an active part in release planning and preparation for deployments;

  • Coordinate any other support activities;

  • Ensure effective cross-Baltic cooperation;

  • Actively share your knowledge within the team, and mentor other team members;

  • Actively participate in agile development culture creation;

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

  • 2+ years of experience in software development or IT solution support;
  • 1+ years of team management, project management or other managerial experience;
  • Initiative and high level of responsibility.

Competencies:

  • Communication and coordination
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Experience of working with vendors
  • Teamwork

Education:

  • Higher education in Computer Science or other exact science specialization

Language ability:

  • Advanced English: fluent in any spoken and written communication
