Customer Care Specialist / Technical Support Specialist

MeaWallet is an IT company developing solutions for - mobile contactless payments such as ApplePay / GooglePay and other "Pay's" for banks, issuers, based on international payment schemes VISA/Mastercard/Amex latest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage support requests
  • Communicate and work with other departments
  • Improve Support processes
  • Review and report support performance to line manager
  • Develop and maintain service reports for internal and external receivers (customers)
  • Build and improve support tool sets (FAQ's, documentations, input to Product team)
  • English – excellent writing and speaking (important)

Required skills and competencies

  • Mandatory: Experience in supporting, troubleshooting
  • Mandatory: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Mandatory: Experience working with technical logs, big data
  • Mandatory: Technical mindset 
  • Mandatory: Knowledge about data sensitivity and security standards
  • Optional: Experience with DB data management
  • Optional: Experience in product maintenance, configuration
