What you’ll do:

As the IT Support Analyst you will provide tech support/advice to internal customers and work closely with the Engineering team to resolve technical issues. One of the most active internal customers is the Investor Support team and IT Support Analyst will intercept all enquiries directed to the Engineering team and will analyse, reproduce, describe them so they can be processed by our software engineers. You should be able to adapt easily and be enthusiastic about learning latest technology to meet the needs of our growth and rapidly evolving business environment. This role will have you involved in the continual revolutionising of the fintech industry that Mintos has been the centre of.

You will:

• Organise flow of technical enquiries/tickets and their statuses
• Give advice about product and system behaviour
• Perform cause analysis
• Work closely with IT Support team and monitor the progress
• Suggest changes in product to improve functionality and product quality

Your professional skills and background:

• Education in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Experience in one of following areas IT Support, QA, System Analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience with agile methodology

Benefits

• Salary: EUR 1200 - 2000 Euro per month gross depending on the level of experience, with numerous benefits that add value to the overall monthly compensation;
