What will you do?

As the Web Analyst, you will contribute to ongoing optimizations across marketing and product flows. Help us plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods. As well as, support product, marketing and communication process.

You will:

• Plan and conduct user research at every stage of the product’s life cycle;
• Implement continuous user feedback gathering cycle for ongoing just-in-time user data;
• Support product, marketing and communication team members with analyzing efficiency of online and offline marketing campaigns, new product releases
• Perform 360 user analytics on web and mobile;
• Contribute to robust measurement and reporting infrastructure;
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to facilitate monitoring and insights sharing.

Your professional skills and background:

• At least 2 years prior experience in a web/mobile analyst or similar position;
• Practical knowledge of the tools for web and mobile analytics, tracking and reporting (Google Analytics, Adjust/Appsflyer/Tune, Firebase, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, etc), A/B and multivariate testing (Google Optimize) and user behavior analytics (Hotjar);
• Strong web and mobile analytics skills with a proven track record of delivering impact analytical insights that drove conversion and UX or channel optimization improvements;
• In-depth understanding of UI design, web usability and user-centered design methodologies;
• Experience with JavaScript is a plus;
• Experience in analyzing efficiency of online and offline marketing campaigns;
• Critical thinker, problem-solving skills and impeccable attention to detail;
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and delivering work against the deadlines;
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and fluent English (verbal and written).

Compensation:

• Salary: EUR 2 000 - 2 600 Euro per month gross depending on the level of experience, with numerous benefits that add value to the overall monthly compensation;
