Responsibilities

• Support users on business application functionality (ERP)
• Review, categorize, prioritize incoming support requests
• Investigate reported problems - find issues and figure out solution
• Help with configuration
• Describe system bugs for developers to solve
• Retest and check that reported problems are solved
• Understand and help to describe if some new features are needed in our system
• Provide training for end users
• Be in tight communication with business users, development and QA teams
• Follow agreed business application support SLA’s

Requirements

• IT related education and/or background
• Knowledge, experience and understanding of support process management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good Latvian and English knowledge (system users are not local, so all written communication is in English)
• Good communication skills

 It would be nice to have:

• Experience using Jira
• Some knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge or previous experience with finance products and related processes
• Experience in software testing field
