Responsibilities

• Manage business application support tickets
• Report bugs and troubleshootreportedissues
• Review business requirements and assist in creating requirements

Requirements

• Practical experience in testing or user support
• Good English language knowledge
• Knowledge or previous experience with finance products and related processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic SQL knowledge

Preferably

• Basic PHP skills
• Experience with JIRA
• Practical skills with REST API
