Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in change and innovation management.
• Assist the IT project manager in identifying client needs, designing the IT project structure, workflows and policies, coordinating resources and timetables, preparing the documentation for suppliers, developers and clients.
• Participate in client engagement management, IT project implementation and delivery.
• Analyze, develop and offer the best solutions to meet client needs. Diagnose and solve problems, observe existing strategies and IT project management policies, apply industry best practice standards.
• Work closely with clients representatives, our developers and management team members.
• Be ready to grow and constantly learn, generate new ideas, meet potential and existing clients to discuss their needs and solve business problems with IT.

Requirements

• Basic experience in project managements.
• Knowledge of software engineering (planning and specification of IT projects, application of software development methodologies), experience working in IT project management will be considered an advantage.
• Drive to solve problems based on client needs.
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Latvian, English and Russian proficiency.
