Responsibilities

• Make sure our web development department runs smoothly
• Implement new development processes 
• Implement better project management process for PM's
• Make sure we have development capacity 
• Implement better project planning processes between departments
• Improving QA process
• Make sure our estimates are correct
• Make sure developers have the best tech stack for us
• Solve any other issues in the web development department

Requirements

• Ability and wish to constantly grow and learn new things
• Previous experience developing WordPress websites
• 
Proven understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Working React, Redux, Vue are a plus
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites

• A passion for writing clean code
• Excellent written and verbal English
• 
Experience with web servers, e.g. Nginx, Apache
 is a plus
• Experience being team lead is a plus
• Ability to solve problems and see the bigger picture
• Capability to interact and work with other people at all levels
• Care and responsibility for your team
