Responsibilities

• • Collaborate and communicate with Business Analysts, Developers and QA Engineers and other internal teams to gather and research relevant information
  • Write high-quality technical and business documentation, such as procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
  • Compose information into clear, readable, and structured technical and business documentation
  • Revise and edit existing documentation to validate for accuracy and quality

Requirements

• • Experience developing technical and business documentation
  • General knowledge of IT concepts and methodologies
  • Efficient communication skills
  • Proactive and open-minded attitude 
  • Curiosity to figure out how things work
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
