Summary

We seek an innovatively and experienced Help Desk Agent who is motivated, creative, and a team player to help grow our team and implement new processes. You will be the first point of contact between customers who need technical support and the IT department.

You will

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
  • Perform remote troubleshooting by applying various diagnostic techniques
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Provide accurate information about IT products or services
  • Follow-up and update customers on the status of their requests
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

You should apply if you

  • Have proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role 
  • Are tech-savvy with working knowledge of IT systems
  • Have a good understanding of computer systems and tech products
  • Have the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Are customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Have excellent English and communication skills
  • Are passionate about the latest technologies and cooperation especially in the Fintech space
  • Have the drive to learn new technologies and techniques

Considered a bonus if you

  • Have experience working in a fintech or payments company
  • Are ITIL Foundation certified
