Requirements:

• You have a strong interest in machine learning and you are passionate about the data.
• Financial, Sales or IT background is a must.
• You learn quickly to be able to understand the impact and limitations of the algorithms.
• You have deep analytical thinking, sales management, project management, and leadership skills. 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Technical know-how - you have to communicate effectively with our product development team.
• High proficiency in English, Latvian and Russian – both written and verbal.
