Summary

We will entrust you to:

  • Design and manage our support technology stack 
  • Build an essential part of overall customer experience and it's strategy
  • Identify opportunities to improve the speed, quality, efficiency, effectiveness and customer experience of those processes using data and insights
  • Propose improvement recommendations using different toolset, integrations or product redesign
  • Collaborate closely  with product & engineering teams to understand current support process

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in management consulting, operations, technology or related field
  • You are familiar with using online customer support tech stack tools, e.g. Zendesk, Intercom, Drift etc
  • Be at core- data-driven and problem solver
  • Ability to solve new problems with new solutions 
  • Action, goal and result- oriented and act with a sense of urgency
  • Willingness to deliver utmost excellent customer service and experience 
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
