Team

Come on and join us to be a part of our cross-functional, self-organizing and highly autonomous team whose goal is to quadruple our volume this year and prepare our product for even larger scaling. You will participate in our product development, working in a highly collaborative manner in direct cooperation with our Product Managers and development team. This approach requires a huge amount of teamwork and maturity and is not right for everyone, but we believe it’s the best way to create great products.

Our designers are participating in translating research findings into viable prototypes as well as working on small interactions. You will need to take into account all of the development and time restrictions and find the most suitable solution to solve customer problems in any given circumstance.

Among other things, you will be able to:
* Have at least one session per week spending time on discussing best practices and technologies or training your skills.
* Regularly attend conferences and community events, as a participant and/or contributor.

We are not perfect and are not afraid to say so. We recognise that we have many problems which need solving and have a long way to go on our journey of continuous improvement. But, we are looking for candidates with a growth mindset. In a startup, we often encounter challenges and we are interested in people who propose solutions and help the rest of the team move forward instead of holding everyone back.

Person we need

Right now we’d be interested in candidates with experience designing digital products and systems, who have the ability to think in flows not separate screens. We need you to have a keen understanding of the entire product design process and the ability to explain the rationale behind your design decisions. Additionally, we need you to be able to understand and talk in English.

Tools

Here is a list of technologies we currently use and any kind of knowledge in them would be considered as an advantage:

* Figma or other similar tools (Sketch)
* Mobile first/Responsive design 
* Html/Css/Js prototyping skills
