Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all sorts of people.
• Ability to pay close attention to details.
• Ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Provide remote support services to customers.
• Create Knowledge Articles from Support issues observed.
• Be on call for after-hours support in rotation with other Support team members. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Online casino and Sportsbook knowledge.
• Fluent English level skills, other additional language skills (Russian, Spanish, Portuguese or German) will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible time as we have 24hrs operation.
• Ability to read and interpret all types of documents in English.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Location: Riga

Monthly salary: 600 EUR
