Your responsibilities:

• Form QA department and handle recruitment of QAs;
• Define and follow testing strategies to ensure the product being released is up to industry and company standards;
• Organize all aspects of the quality assurance process;
• Plan and manage product releases;
• Collaborate with a team in an Agile environment;
• Participate in testing phases on demand.

We expect:

• Work experience as a QA lead at least 2 years
• Work experience in an Agile environment
• Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Good level of English (written and spoken);
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence

As an advantage:
