Summary

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for providing solutions/workarounds to customer’s problems, in a fast and professional manner, in conjunction with the development team, within SLA restrictions.
  • Supporting customers from a wide range of countries.
  • Providing product and installation consultancy, remotely or onsite. 
  • Address clients tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
  • Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems.
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  • Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.
  • Record technical issues and solutions in tickets. 
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Help create technical documentation and manuals.

 

Requirements:

  •  Excellent written and verbal English skills – must 
  •  SQL knowledge – advantage
  •  Apache Web Servers knowledge – advantage
  •  Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Server) knowledge - advantage. 
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux - advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide solutions 
  •  Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. 
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech Products. 
  • Willingness to work beyond working hours when required.
  • Personal skills: Independent worker, outside-the-box thinker, solutions-oriented with good problem-solving skills, presentable, service-oriented, results driven, team player, ability to work towards strict deadlines, self-motivated.
  • Please note: All work is conducted in English.
