Summary

Your main responsibilities will be to 

  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate work of QA team (3 people);
  • Optimize the testing process within the team;
  • Perform hands-on manual testing - create test scenarios, test plans and test cases in order to support high-quality continuous delivery;
  • Lead the analysis, design, development of automated tests and automation architecture. 

We would expect you to have

  • Solid software testing experience and knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes;
  • Experience in leading QA team;
  • Good understanding of automated testing processes;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in technical English. 

As an advantage:

  • Experience in developing automated tests, automation testing framework;
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies;
  • ISTQB-certification.

Our technical stack

  • Java, PHP and Python based products;
  • Automation testing - Robot Framework, Selenium, TestDroid, Appium, SoapUI;
  • SQL and NoSQL databases (depending on project);
  • Jmeter - performance testing;
  • OWASP ZAP - security testing;
  • Redis - cache solutions;
  • Git, Linux.
