Responsibilities

• Administration of both on-premise and cloud services, including Active Directory,CDN and G Suite
• Manage internal services running on Windows and Linux in multiple locations
• Install, configure, and optimize the production network, including switch and firewall configuration, VPN, and wireless networks
• Discover, evaluate, and integrate new solutions that are the best fit for the company and its users
• Documentation and change management
• Assists the System Administrator to provide maintenance and management for all Systems, security maintenance, user account maintenance, e-mail systems maintenance, infrastructure, office systems and applications support.  
• Support and optimize monitoring system 

Requirements

• At least 2 Year experience in help desk/administrator position 
• Ability to quickly gauge a user’s technical proficiency and communicate effectively with every Scale employee
• Proficient with macOS, Windows, and Linux clients and troubleshooting related issues, both in person and remote
• Familiarity with minor computer hardware repair, including replacing some components
• Knowledgeable of networking protocols, terminology, and switch and firewall configuration
