Analytics Operations Team Leader

Main responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing analytics strategies to enable the organization through data and analytics;
• Driving best practices, training and education, and assistance to empower the organization under a self-service analytics model;
• Building analytics systems and solutions to transform raw data into actionable business insights;
• Understanding business needs and objectives, providing support in decision making processes based on data;
• Working closely with product owners to develop future roadmaps and implement them;
• Leading and developing a team of programmers and analytics professionals.

Main requirements:

• Technology knowledge and experience working with data and analytics solutions (BI and others);
• Proven experience in leading complex IT implementation projects;
• Track record of delivering change in organizations and leading a team;
• Experience in communicating technology plans and strategies and demonstrated experience in successfully executing on those plans.
• Good English skills;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with executive level leaders.

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. While getting familiar during our interview, we try to understand where your working experience, professional skills and future contribution to the company can be applied within our multiple business projects.

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the starting point for this position is not less than 4300 EUR gross per month.
