Here is how your day may look like:

• 9:00 – Starting the day with delicious coffee and snacks.
• 9:00 -18:00 – Sourcing and attracting, building relationships, connecting people, and making sure that the right people are in the right positions at the right time. And YES, it means having a lot of chats with candidates and hiring managers through all of the possible communication channels. Interviewing, assessing, feedback providing will be your to-do list activities.
• 18:00 – We are all about the work-life balance, however, we all know that Recruiter is not just a profession, but also a lifestyle.

Experience: Hands-on experience with different sourcing platforms. Common language with IT specs. Agency background is always nice to have;

Core Skills: Sourcing, of course. Someone who isn’t afraid of cold calling candidates and knows where to turn when a job board is a dead end;

Relationship Building: Someone who can quickly build trust with a team of hiring managers;

Soft Skills: Problem-solving. Being flexible. Creativity. Active listening;

Languages: Main languages we are operating in are Latvian, English and Russian, so they are a must;

Drive: Good enough is not good enough for us. We’re looking for people who achieve and take pride in excellence.

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. While getting familiar during our interview, we try to understand where your working experience, professional skills and future contribution to the company can be applied within our multiple business projects.

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then starting point for this position is not less than 1124 EUR gross per month.
