Marketing Designer

We are looking for the banner guru. Someone who will go above and beyond to create banners that are not simply visually appealing, but actually generate impulse and bring real results. 

Since we're working with the American market, the visual style is different from the European. From one side it might seem simple, but it's also flashy, edgy, and based on American values. In order to do this job well, you would need to put a lot of effort and time into understanding the American mentality. 

Responsibilities:

• Create banners for marketing purposes on a daily basis. That includes casting call banners promoting the product, different types of display ads both for lead generation and retargeting, and more.
• Manage the knowledge we have about banner performance, create and maintain guidelines according to the previous campaign and split test data.
• Plan the next split tests to expand the existing understanding on banners that work.
• Sometimes plan and run ads yourself, in order to be connected with the context of your banners.
• Be closely connected with all of the marketing team members, be involved in their processes and understand their activities.
• Continuously learn and improve in both, design and marketing. Keep up-to-date with the industry news. 

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Photoshop and other photo correcting and enhancing programs.
• Good English skills (excellent American English will be considered as an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Previous experience in Design or Marketing, at least 2 years.
• Interest to learn and improve as a specialist.

There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the starting point for this position is not less than 1405 EUR gross per month.
