Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR department to support our international expansion within three key industries - travel, finance and the entertainment sector.

As part of Dynatech’s growing Recruitment Team, the recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening and approaching qualified candidates for various technical roles within the company. The recruiter will be part of a team that leverages social media and innovative approaches toward sourcing and finding talent, and will be able to contribute to our overall recruitment strategy. 

With over a hundred open vacancies per year, the Recruiter will have a unique chance to develop relationships with key players and biggest IT communities in Riga and grow a valuable database of potential candidates, contacts and resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through the use of databases, online resources, social media, etc;
  • Conduct in-depth pre-screening calls to assess potential candidates for their level of interest, qualifications and compensation; 
  • Act as a point of contact to Hiring Managers and candidates during the recruitment cycle, building long-lasting relationships whilst promoting the company and its values;
  • Conduct interviews by combining various methods (structured interview, technical assessments in HackerRank) and lead candidates through the entire recruitment process until successful onboarding;
  • Partner with business leaders and management to understand the business needs and hire qualified talent to fill their roles;
  • Promote the company as a great place to work through a variety of channels on social media and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Technical Recruiter;
  • Hands-on experience with various recruiting techniques, including interviewing, assessment, etc.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT, Marketing, Fintech roles;
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
  • Team player with strong time management and organizational skills;
  • Process driven, open-minded and goal-oriented mindset;
  • Good knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian.

We don’t want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the starting point for this position is not less than 1500 EUR gross per month.
